LAIMA VOICE 2026
Laima Vaikule and the Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala festival invite talents from all over the world to take part in the new season of the international vocal competition “Laima Voice”.
Rules of participation
Anyone can participate regardless of age or country of residence.
To take part, by July 12, 2026 you need to publish a vocal performance video on Instagram using the hashtag #laimavoice2026
Video requirements for participation
- The video must be posted on a public account and available in the feed in Reels or video format.
- The hashtag #laimavoice2026 must be used.
- You must also tag @laimafestival so we can definitely see your work.
- Good audio quality is important.
- The video must showcase your vocal abilities.
- Duration — at least 40 seconds.
- Videos published no earlier than 2025 are accepted.
- An unlimited number of videos can be posted from one account.
The response from the organizers will be sent via Instagram, so it is important to check your direct messages. If the video interests the jury, the participant will be invited to an in-person casting, which will take place on July 25, 2026 in Jūrmala!
The best vocalists, whose strengths and individuality are strongly revealed in the video, will go directly to the final and meet Laima Vaikule in an online format in September!
